Meet Your RMT
Whether supporting children, mothers in life transitions, or adults navigating complex pain or stress, I am here to support your body’s unique patterns and provide a safe sanctuary for your journey
Hi, I'm Kirni!
I believe in providing personalized, compassionate healthcare that treats the body as an interconnected whole. True recovery happens when you are empowered with the education and manual tools needed to maintain your physical progress between sessions.
My mission is to meet you exactly where you are, helping you understand the underlying physical patterns of your body so you can actively navigate your path through pain & function.
My Journey into manual therapy began after a car accident sparked a fascination with human anatomy, leading me to graduate as class valedictorian in 2019 and later share that knowledge as an RMT instructor in South Surrey.
However, navigating a second accident and managing chronic pain fundamentally refined my clinical approach. This lived experience directed my practice toward myofascial release and craniosacral therapy —highly gentle, nuanced manual techniques that target the deep fascial layers of the body to alleviate structural tension and support nervous system regulation.
Driven by a lifelong love of learning, I have pursued more training to safely adapt these gentle techniques offering perinatal massage for mothers navigating structural changes, as well as craniosacral therapy for teens and children.
Outside of the clinic, I am grateful to give back to our community through volunteer work with the One Caring Human Society.

My Massage Approach
Physical Relief Doesn't Require Force
Ease and restoration happen when we work with your body, not against it.
At The Nesting Sanctuary in Surrey, your RMT views your health through a whole-body lens. Rather than chasing isolated symptoms, we look at the bigger picture to address the underlying contributors to your discomfort.
To understand how these deeper connections work, it helps to look at how your body is woven together:
Your entire structure is cradled by fascia—What fascinates so many people about fascia is that it isn’t just passive tissue. It is a living, fluid communication network packed with millions of sensory nerve endings. Stretching continuously from your cranium down to your feet, this responsive matrix acts as your body's internal GPS.
Because every millimeter is connected, a restriction in your hips or spine can send ripple effects of tension all the way up to your jaw and head. When daily stress, physical strain, or postural habits build up, this fluid web thickens, causing your whole body to defensively brace.
Why Deep Fascial Relief Requires Light Touch
It seems counterintuitive, but reaching the deepest layers of fascia doesn't require aggressive pressure. When tissue is already stressed, heavy force triggers a protective reflex causing your central nervous system to brace and harden the outer layers like a shield.
Fascia responds to time and safety, not force. By honoring its fluid nature with gentle, sustained touch, we bypass that defensive reaction—allowing deep-seated tension to melt, rehydrate, and unwind naturally from the inside out.
CranioSacral Therapy: Calming the Core Conduit
Very few environments shape your physical well-being like the craniosacral system which houses and protects your Central Nervous System.
Because every peripheral nerve exits from the spinal cord to innervate every muscle and tissue in your body, any mechanical tension along this dural jacket directly influences how those nerves function. Think of this central axis as your body's main power line—when stress or physical strain accumulates around the spinal cord, the entire system hums with tension.
Rather than forcing through tight surface muscles, CranioSacral Therapy (CST) uses subtle, light-touch contact to ease restriction within the dural environment itself. By shifting the baseline state of this nerve pathway, we address the defensive bracing at its origin—treating beyond an isolated local spot to create a systemic wave of relief across your entire body.
